Title: Energy ModelerStatus: Contract, Contract to Hire or PermPay Rate: $25 to $60 Per Hour - Contract portionPerm Sal: $50K-$120K Depending on ExperienceLocation: NYC or Norwalk, CT. Software used: EQuest, DOE-2, and Trace.Small growing company (currently 53 person) engaged in sustainability services for the building industry. The professionals within this company are architects, interior designers, mechanical and civil engineers, and urban planners.Our projects include a whole range - from offices to hotels, from aquariums to airports. Many are signature buildings. Some are expensive and state-of-the art in technology, while some are on a tight budget. Many of the projects are in the Northeast and some are on the west coast. They do all types of buildings - small, 10,000 sqft or so to very large - over 2 million sqft.You will perform energy modeling, and if interested you will also have connection to commissioning.Qualifications:Experience with energy modeling for two years minimum (DOE-2, EQuest or similar)Attention to detail and a keen interest in the field is needed - during the first 6 months you will need to do some studying, since many of our projects are not routine. The Role
As Senior Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in developing the growing client base for the business. Clients will include local, regional businesses, national franchises and media agencies alike. Being at the beginning of huge growth for the business, you will be expected to source leads and develop business in the first instance, before developing a strong client patch and moving into a more account management led role.
Your Profile
You will have a strong track-record in outdoor advertising sales with client sales experience a priority and agency (specialist or media) experience beneficial. You will be at home selling over the telephone or face to face and must not be afraid of developing new business through cold-calling.
