My client is market leader is providing Electrical, Mechanical and building fabric service to a large portfolio of blue chip clients. They are urgently seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Contract Manager to work on a large corporate account based in Liverpool. You will be accountable for the overall Engineering Service provision and building and developing Customer Relationship management. You will have direct responsibility for a team of engineers and will also manage a number of sub-contractors on site. You will be responsible for delivering all the routine planned maintenance and also all the essential reactive and corrective maintenance services.

To apply for this role you will also need proven experience in a similar facility/environment role, have excellent man management skills and have a high level of competency and understanding of building services infrastructure. You will also need to LV certified for switching and have a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and plant operations.

Due to a contract expansion my client is looking to recruit a mobile maintenance electrician based in Central London covering a portfolio of commercial properties. Our client, a railway company based near Waterloo, are looking for a technical Project Manager to work on the construction site. This is an ideal opportunity for someone from building or construction background who would like to change industry sector. You will be responsible for the running and development of the new project and liaising with the stakeholders.

Outstanding communication skills and the ability to remain calm and organised in pressure situations are essential. You will need to identify the outage and impact for the client via a conference phone facility then determine the severity of the outage and put in place a swift plan of action to resolve the fault. You will need to be able to react quickly, pooling all available resources and prioritise tasks in order to meet strict service deadlines. The ability to problem solve and form strong working relationships with internal staff, external support staff and clients is vital to the smooth functioning of this position.

Based alongside the Southbank, you will be working as part of a large maintenance team that will be maintaining a variety of electrical and also some general mechanical/air conditioning plant.
