Are you an ambitious individual in the New York City area seeking a challenging environment with a young, growing company? Loftstel is a boutique youth hostel specializing in providing affordable dormitory accommodations for international students and interns. Currently, we are hiring for a part-time and full-time administrative assistant. Your primary job duties would entail: CUSTOMER SERVICE: Communicating with guests and our employees around the country regarding reservations and availability via email and phone. DATABASE MANAGEMENT: Working with our Excel-based reservations spreadsheets. ACCOUNTING: Handling our basic day-to-day bookkeeping. ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES: Approximately 30% of your responsibilities will include minor assignments such as small graphic design projects, website edits, and various office administrative duties. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL. Please note that you will be subject to a skills test. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluency in another language is preferred, as you will be communicating with guests and clients from around the world. This position will report to the office in Astor Place, Manhattan. We are looking for part-time and full-time admnistrative assistants. Hours for part-time employees are flexible. Poker Marketing Manager

Our client is a market leading European company and they are currently recruiting for a Poker Marketing Manager, to work within their European centre, based in Ireland.
The Role:
The position will involve assisting the Poker Manager in the execution and development of the online Marketing Strategy. You will be optimising customer acquisition programmes, developing and executing promotional campaigns, managing the 3rd party suppliers and actively developing, managing and monitoring affiliate programmes. Managing PPC and SEO activities, preparing email campaigns, KPI reports and updating the content on the website are other important tasks as is preparing the company`s annual marketing strategy.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates will have a thorough understanding of online marketing alongside strong conceptualisation skills. Superior negotiation and influencing skills and strong relationship management skills are essential for the right candidate to posses. Experience of at least 3 years within the online gaming sector, especially poker, is essential.
Salary/Additional Information:
The basic salary for the role will be negotiable, dependant upon experience, and the working hours will be standard Monday - Friday.
