Our client, a railway company based near Waterloo, are looking for a technical Project Manager to work on the construction site. This is an ideal opportunity for someone from building or construction background who would like to change industry sector. You will be responsible for the running and development of the new project and liaising with the stakeholders.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to remain calm and organised in pressure situations are essential. You will need to identify the outage and impact for the client via a conference phone facility then determine the severity of the outage and put in place a swift plan of action to resolve the fault. You will need to be able to react quickly, pooling all available resources and prioritise tasks in order to meet strict service deadlines. The ability to problem solve and form strong working relationships with internal staff, external support staff and clients is vital to the smooth functioning of this position.
Duties include:
?Become the main point of contact for the duration of project ?Identify the problem and scale of the issue ?Control and lead all conference calls ?Specify whom from each department will need to attend ?Chair all meetings and take minutes ?Communicate final details to client and management team in verbal and written form ?Follow up with clients to ensure the highest level of service was provided and standards maintained ?Prepare regular reports on incidents, including analysis of response ?Design and implement reporting and key performance indicators

A renowned international building services maintenance provider is currently seeking to recruit a permanent day maintenance supervisor to be based at a very prestigious site in the North Surrey area. Working as one of a two man supervisory team responsible for a 10 man multi skilled team of engineers the successful candidate will assist the on site contracts manager with the day to day operation and management of site and services. The supervisor must hold at least City & Guilds qualifications and can either be electrically or mechanically biased and should have previous HVAC maintenance experience.
