Director of Ad Operations:
The Director of Ad Operations is responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of all advertiser campaigns, communicating results to internal clients, and exceeding customer expectations in order to increase renewal business and drive revenue. In addition, you will focus on analytics, statistical modeling and forecasting. This position will encompass managing a team of 10+ (and growing), coordinating their efforts on a tactical level, while having a high-impact role within our organization. A commitment to excellence is required in this position.
Who We’re Looking For:
• 5-8 years of overall operational experience in advertising/media
• Digital ad ops experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience managing an operational team of 7-10 people
• Experience with statistical modeling, regression modeling, and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills for campaign analysis and optimization
• Well organized with incredible attention to detail
• Exceptional Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics or related
• Experience with ad server technologies and campaign management platforms preferred
