Lime Engine (a subsidiary of Lime Wire) is looking for a highly talented Technical Product/Program Manager with a strong technical background and extensive experience in online advertising for our NY office…
This individual will be acting as a liaison between our California and New York City office locations and working with multiple groups, including engineering, business development, and senior management to generate requirements and driving the decision making process.
Other Responsibilities include:
• Working closely with the stake holders to understand the product needs
• Defining features requirements and authoring Requirement specifications
• Owning project schedules and driving deliverables to completion
• Driving regular project meetings to ensure timely progress
• Interfacing with senior management to provide weekly statuses ( this is a high visibility role)
• Essentially be the “CEO” of the project
Required Qualifications:
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field
• Prior experience as a Technical Program/Product Manager (especially at Microsoft, Google, YouTube, Amazon, Ad Network)
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing and/or Online Advertising
• Knowledge of IAB Ad formats, Ads Campaign reporting , publisher integration challenges etc
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong Influential & leadership/ownership skills–
• Must be able to run meetings effectively and possess excellent organizational skills
• Highly analytical with strong math skills
• Must have a passion for driving projects through to completion.
• Ability to listen carefully and execute in a high pressure environment
• Good understanding of the project management discipline (knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, XP)
• Experience with desktop client applications is ideal and so is dealing with terabytes of reporting data.
Relocation will be offered to the right candidate if necessary!

Compensation: Negotiable dependent on Background/Experience
