General construction company is looking for an office manager.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of past experience in Construction environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel.
• Experience with the certified payroll.
• Knowledge of construction industry.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain all certifications and registrations with Federal, NY and NJ State and local agencies.
• Handle company’s accounts payable and receivable and bank transactions (including bank reconciliations) using QuickBooks Pro 2008
• Maintain and handle insurance policies for company.
• Process payroll using prevailing wage rates and prepare certified payroll reports.
• Work directly with companies Accountants, Lawyers, Auditors, Inspectors and other agents.
• Basic Administrative duties such as equipment maintenance, answering phones, ordering office supplies, schedule cleaning, prepare letters and memos among other duties.
• Organized and maintained companies filing system.
This is a full time position.
