I`m not here to waste anyone`s time. This is a non-paying gig as a web developer/designer - the payback? Equity in a potentially great idea and hopefully profitable business.
Still interested? The idea is for a Web 2.0 application. I am willing to share this idea with anyone who is seriously interested in joining the ranks of a Web 2.0 start-up; however, you will have to sign a non-disclosure form. I have developed a business plan and requirements document for this application. I am ready to seek out venture capitalists for this idea; however, need to have a working prototype of this application to show investors. This is where a web developer comes in.

I`m looking for the following in a web developer/designer:
Professionally speaking:
* Dedicate time during the week for this project (after/before your regular job/school, weekends, evenings).
* Be responsible and deliver tasks on-time - doesn`t matter to me when you work, but if we put a date on a task then it has to be delivered on that date.
* Believe in the product we`re trying to build.
Technically speaking:
Solution Development and Delivery
* Creates efficient and logical databases for clients.
* Designs and codes superior technical solutions.
* Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
Relational Databases
* Understands complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs.
* Effectively employs many different database design techniques.
Programming Languages
* Demonstrates expert knowledge of at least one structured programming.
* Understands the benefits of the various programming languages.
Architecture
* Possesses significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures.
* Creates well designed, reusable objects.
* Understands browser specific compatibility issues.
* Understands the benefits of the various design methodologies and object oriented environments.
Compensation: Equity in a great concept that could potentially big the next big thing.
Telecommuting is ok.
