Well Known Real Estate Property Management Firm is looking for a lease administrator with at least two years experience. This person must be well versed in RSA and DHCR guidlines as it pertains to leasing and lease renewals for rent stabilized and market rent apartments. Additional responsibilities include monitoring rent arrears and initiating legal action for non-payment of rent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Knowledge of Yardi software a plus.
