Member of staffs admin team. Reports to CEO, manages all elements of fundraising & fulfills role of administrator of facility working in concert with CEO. Duties include: designing, implementing & managing all fundraising activities & soliciations. Managing all strategies, activities & spacial events for donor cultivation & relations. Maintains contact with & develops grant proposals for foundations & corporations. Supervises donor & gift-record-keeping. Coordinates development research activities. Oversees management of databases and all records, files & gift processing. Manages pledge reminder & acknowledgement programs. Designs & oversees production of all major publications including a development or members newsletter. Able to translate funding overturns in Powerpoint presentations. Monitors the website keeping it in tune with fundraising efforts. Oversees communications/board mailing, minutes, meetings, schedules. Proofreading president`s written communications-bot internal & external before being presented for signature. Qualifications: Minimum 3 yrs professional fundraising experience. Ability to work as a leader & as part of a team. Proven experience in managing development relations. Excellent writing & interpersonal skills. Effective communicator, articulate. This role is ideal for someone looking for project based work, living in the Berkshire, West/North West London or Middlesex areas.
The Role:
The role will involve the following:
Proactively completing assigned tasks thoroughly with due attention to detail. Detecting localisation bugs, software flaws and design issues Ensuring that any issues affecting the quality of the completed game are reported immediately for resolution Accurately writing up details of any flaws of bugs in the software Seek to improve the quality of testing procedures wherever possible Report any issues affecting the progress of projects to the team leader Maintaining a good work ethic and working well within a busy team Adhering to procedures relating to software security Communicating any important issues to other team members Performing other tasks on an ad-hoc basis as and when required
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the role must be able to speak and write Dutch to native level or equivalent, and possess excellent written skills and attention to detail. Candidate need to be able to commute realistically to the Slough area, and flexible to work on a shift basis. You must be a strong team player with good general IT literacy and a positive attitude to work.
Please note that the role is OFFICE BASED and working from home is not possible.
Salary/Additional Information:
£7.62 per hour (£6.92 + 70 pence accrued holiday)
