The Role: The Country Manager for Italy will be responsible for growing the clients brand in the Italian Market. The successful applicant will have a very good knowledge of the local betting/gaming regulations in Italy. The role requires somebody with very strong business orientation, exceptional marketing skills. Primarily you will be focusing on market penetration for both the Sportsbook and Poker product. Experienced with affiliate marketing and also ROI responsibilities in offline advertising including; press, TV and Radio. Proven skills in client acquisition and retention, expertise in the local market for both products is required. The Country Manager will be required to set up an office and manage a small team, so prior leadership experience is paramount.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of the Italian Market and Poker in particular is an area that you will be an expert in. You will be an experienced marketer who has a good mix of experience including Italian Country Management, VIP Management, Brand Awareness and Brand Strategy. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English are required. You will have the ability to innovate and implement these ideas. You will have good leadership skills and be able to get the best out of your team by leading from the front.
