Our marketing is mainly: Fitness Media, Print, TV, and Radio. Ideally, in addition to our main requirements, you need to be very comfortable arranging and doing tradeshows as well as be able to work very efficiently in a very fun and exciting environment at our Corp office in Stamford, CT. Trade Shows include: The Arnold Classic, The Olympia, GNC Show in FL, Vitamin Shoppe show in Florida, as well as international events. We are in the nutrition industry so our employees should be as fit as possible.RESPONSIBILITIES - Scheduling and Customer Service - Arranging, sometime visiting tradeshows (about one per QTR) - Data Entry (Knowledge of Quickbooks a major plus!) - Executive administrative and clerical support duties as requested - Manage and balance conflicting priorities - Scheduling and planning internal and external meetings - Work with Creative Team to support PR and Marketing Functions – Radio/Publicity - Help organize media buys with Radio and Print - Help Organized Product Inventory Purchases with controller REQUIREMENTS -Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, particularly with most senior level executive management of the organization and other senior executive administrative support -Demonstrate excellent judgment and problem solving skills -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and strong project management skills -Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite -Excellent organizational/multi-tasking skills -Must be detail oriented and an excellent time manager -Prior experience providing high level administrative support to Executive Management -Very strong customer service skills -Excellent judgment and the ability to act with tact and discretion -Bachelor`s degree is preferred but not an absolute must for the right candidate This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone who is dependable, steady, well adjusted, and cheerful who likes to juggle different types of projects frequently.
