Machinists, Operators, Set-Up, Programmers, Tool Makers, Q.C. Persons
MACHINE jobshop has immediate openings available for Machinist,Programmers, Set-up, and Operators in our CNC and Manual departments for 1st and 2nd shifts. We seek experienced individuals to setup and operate the following CNC Lathes, Mills, WaterJet, Laser, Swiss Screw Machines and EDM equipment. Programming and manufacturing experience REQ"D (WE WILL NOT TRAIN YOU, ONLY PERSONS WITH EXPERIENCE APPLY) Candidates must work independently and have 3+ years experience. We use late model equipment from Mori Seiki,Fadal,Star,Flow, Amada and Mitsubishi.
Our facility is ISO 9001:2000 The shop is temperature controlled (winter and summer). We offer compeditive salary per hour based on employee experience and capabilities, outstanding Health, 401K, Year End Bonus and Paid Vacation.
Requirements:
-Metal experience
-Auto CAD experience is a must.
-The ability to operate a CNC.
-The ability to fix minor machine hardware and software problems.
-The ability to foresee problems before they occur and correct them at the programming phase.
-The ability to think out of the box, while being able to take instruction.
-The know-how to read, examine, and scrutinize blueprints.
-The ability to draft if and when needed.
-Work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
-The ability to occasionally direct people.
-The ability to bring new ideas to our company
