Duties entail entry level bookkeeping and payroll. Candidate will be responsible for entering of bills, paying vendors and reconciling accounts. Additionally, the job entails payroll for fifty employees using a TimeClock and Paychex`s Preview software. Candidate will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks and must be a self starter who is able to manage a very heavy workload. If you do not like to work hard please do not bother applying.No experience working for law firms or bookkeeping is required HOWEVER you must have work experience with QuickBooks and Accounting. Knowledge of QuickBooks will be tested during the interview, do not apply if you have just finished reading the CLIFF NOTES to QuickBooks for Dummies. Similar job experience that translates into this role is highly recommended. Prior experience with Paychex Preview software is a plus. I am looking for a strong candidate who is motivated, knowledgeable and smart. The Role:
The German speaking Junior Business Development Consultant will perform the following duties:
-Securing meetings at executive level on behalf of the software field sales teams
-Pushing the boundaries of business development to obtain interest from prospects
-Contribute to the company`s expansion through pro-active account management
-Taking a consultative approach to selling into new clients/territories
-Working to challenging targets to help the company achieve its objectives
Candidate Profile:
