Opportunity for eager and excited jack-of-all trades, as sole employee to help run expanding metaphysically healing jewelry business, room for career growthApplicant should be a positive person who is: conscientious, attentive, organized, flexible, eager, responsible, trustworthy, goal & detail-oriented trouble-shooter, who can manage their time well and think proactively as well as take direction.Applicant should already know or be eager to teach themselves:Programs for Mac and PC: Photoshop, Microsoft Office/Word, Appleworks, Illustrator, Indesign, QuickBooks, Google Docs, iTunes, iPhoneApplicant should be able to manage, organize, handle: routers, time machines, administrative tasks, address book, cost break downs, business trips, send items via fed ex, keep inventory, create excel spread sheets for things such as figuring cost and pricing, make promotional materials in Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign, field inquiries via phone and email, prepare finance meetings, meticulously monitor all finances in QuickBooks, work with bookkeeper and accountant, create line sheets, keep track of billing and taxes, equip office with supplies, be general liaison to clients, stores, reps, help organize special events, give general office support and run business and personal errandsApplicant should arrive for interview with several favorable references that can be contacted.
