Utility submetering firm with 28 years experience provides both metering equipment, installation and monthly billing services to multi-family properties nationwide. We offer turnkey installations, service and have a strong industry presence. Seeking a Sales Representative with 5+ years of successful technical sales, software sales and/ or services sales experience. Condo or Apartment property management experience a plus. Strength in Business to Business networking desired. Ideal candidate will be a resourceful, motivated, enthusiastic self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work independently and as a team member is important. Fluent use of Microsoft Office and general business software applications is needed. Experience with "SalesForce" is a plus.
