PRODUCTION / APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYSTIs a key member of the Proclivity team ensuring the operation of quality services to our clients. This individual is responsible for production support of our mission-critical client-facing applications and systems, including our proprietary predictive analytics web-based application and partner-facing systems and integrations, including SFTP, batch processes and proprietary integration applications.Responsibilities include:- Analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving production issues with client-facing applications and systems, such as SFTP, partner integrations and batch processes- Executing proprietary applications to generate and deliver client-facing services on a scheduled daily and weekly basis- Managing a calendar of client-facing activities- Escalating issues to senior staff when appropriate- Coordinating people across different groups within the organization to communicate, manage and resolve issues and provide reports when necessary- Managing user issues and defects- Evaluating systems and process stability and making recommendations for improvements- Providing on-call support outside normal business hours as neededAs always, the person we`re looking for is bright, quick-thinking, loves to solve problems and can learn quickly. The Company:
Our client is a leading online poker provider based in the heart of Central London. They now require a Country Manager to work on territories including the UK, Ireland and Benelux
The Role:
The successful applicant will perform the following responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and plans for the development of acquisition marketing activities across UK, Ireland and Benelux.
- You will lead commercial relationships with 3rd parties in each territory in particular large media groups.
- Co-ordinate all activities, policies and procedures including legal, creative, affiliate, PR and retention.
- Undertake pre and post activity analysis to provide data on ROI, CPA and to find out where if any improvements can be made.
- You will work closely with specialist in the offline and online marketing team including PR, Direct Marketing, Events and Advertising Funding Programming to optimise the MM.
Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will ideally be University educated or possess the equivalent qualifications. You will have excellent communication skills, results driven and have the ability to multitask and prioritise your work. You will have first hand experience and knowledge of the UK and Irish Gaming Market as well as first hand experience dealing with PR and Media agencies. You will be an acute marketer with proven results in brand and result driven marketing. The ability to manage 7 figure budgets and experience of managing teams as well as poker and gaming experience is a plus.

A salary that reflects your experience is on offer for the right candidate as well as an extensive benefits scheme and bonus payments. You will be based out of their Central London office.
