Great opportunity for a Marketing Manager. This position will be responsible for concept development, strategizing, planning, implementation and coordination of e-commerce on-line marketing initiatives. Primary Duties: • Drive site traffic through marketing efforts; develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns driving traffic and revenue generation. • Work with cross-functional team to develop comprehensive and cohesive online marketing strategies. • Work with internal and external resources to develop highly effective and innovative online marketing creative and promotional campaigns for new customer growth. • Fiscally responsible for financial objectives of the e-commerce initiatives, in accordance with the strategic plan and functional goals. • Manage traffic, sales and costs to an annual forecast and budget; deliver on weekly/monthly/quarterly traffic, sales and ROI targets. • Conduct detailed performance analysis. • Maintain and develop email strategies that focus on list growth, revenue, traffic and customer retention. Manage email promotional calendar. Work cross functionally to execute all email initiatives. • Account relationship management: manage all aspects of client relationships to include managing and setting expectations, communicate statuses; establish strong relationships with the clients’ ecommerce teams thus becoming an extension of their business. • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure traffic and sales goals are met. • Liaise with clients on promotional calendar schedule and subsequent deliverables. • Utilize client resources to ensure traffic goals are met. • Orchestrate fulfillment of calendar deliverables with internal departments, and clients when applicable. • Perform web analytics, and adjust accordingly to meet traffic and sales goals. • Special projects as assigned Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree • 4+ years direct experience in traditional marketing, website management, online marketing and/or eCommerce and proven success implementing digital strategy for a successful eCommerce site. • Previous experience marketing to social media networks and/or familiarity with developing and maintaining social media networks. • Proven ability to deliver data-driven results, analysis, testing and application of findings. • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer. The Company:
Our client is a leading international betting brand with Sportsbook, Casino and Poker as their main products.
The Role:
The role will require a native speaker of the language for the relevant country and focus will be on localization of content, managing content on the local site and looking after promotional creatives. The position will also have an element of online marketing and prior experience in a similar role would be a big plus. A previous experience working affiliates would be an advantage and help to play a part in growing the brand in the local market. Familiarity with campaign analysis and reporting would be a huge plus.
Candidate Profile:
Ideally you should have some prior experience in a similar Content Management, Marketing or Editorial role. A love of sports and sports betting would be vital for this role. A creative person with hands on experience and a can do attitude would excel in this role. Experience with internet tools such as Dreamweaver, HTML, Photoshop would be appreciated and knowledge of Online Advertising/Media buying very desirable. English Fluency as well as in the local language are expected. Strong writing skills in both languages are important.
Required language skills English and one or more of the following
Dutch, Flemish, Czech, Hungarian.
