A global Investment Bank based in the City has created a new position to add a new layer of Control with Trade Support and Trade Bookings for the Exotic Equity Derivative Trade Flow.

You must have strong Equity Exotic Product Knowledge, both theoretical and practical. Products you are expected to have worked with are:
-Straddles
-Dispersions
-Asian Options
-Himalayans
-AutoCallables
-Vanilla Equity Swaps

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Exotic Equity trade bookings are accurate compared to the Sales Term Sheet or Confirmation.

This team will also be responsible for ensuring all trade amendments are completed pre any settlement and will monitor booking errors to establish route cause analysis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Global Investment bank and ideally will have experience within Booking Control.

You should also have:

-Good knowledge and understanding of the product flow trade processing from front to back office.
-Good understanding of all related aspects to Equities and Derivatives ? eg. P&L, risk, regulatory, Control.
-Experience with Front Office systems.
-Bloomberg and Reuters.

Experience from an Operational Trade Support role is seen as a distinct advantage. You should be highly knowledgeable as this role has good potential for long-term growth.

Call Services Administrator - Must have Concept and Crystal Reporting knowledge - £25k - Temp to perm - Investment Bank, City. Please do not apply if you do not have advance knowledge of Concept.

Duties include:

- To handle all incoming enquiries for any of the Call Services desks.

- Maintain the operational KPI reports for Call Services

- Development of tools to improve call services efficiency e.g. Staff Scheduling, Adherence to shift patterns, call forecasting

You must have:

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
- To check, read and action e-mails regularly and on a timely basis
- Effective organisation and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at any one time, procedural manuals and weekly ad hoc tasks.
- Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to and that all legislative training is completed within timescale.
- Knowledge of Concept call logging software and ESQL (web based Concept system)
- Crystal Reporting.

City of London ? £25,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary + Package

A busy IFA practice located in the Heart of the City of London are currently seeking an articulate, well presented Financial Advisor to help expand the company. The position will consist of the essential IFA functions such as client liaison, suitability report construction, research, communication with product providers etc. Paraplanning and Sales support functions will assist with these.

The company do have lead providers, but these cannot be relied upon to produce all business, therefore a degree of an existing client / contact base is a prerequisite for the role. In interview you should be able to prove business writing capability in excess of £100K per annum and have full FPC qualifications as a minimum.
