Allied Metro Medical, one of the largest providers of outpatient prostate and kidney stone treatment in the Greater NY Metropolitan area, is seeking a full-time marketing assistant. The position will support the President & COO in conducting general research, project based work and coordinating marketing materials for new business development.The right candidate will excel at working independently; have excellent written skills with emphasis on copyrighting and familiarity with basic graphic design terminology, layout and design standards.Responsibilities include: -- Conducting research on various marketing initiatives-- Updating marketing materials, brochures and informational documents including website updates and inventory of materials -- Assisting with the coordination of all branding initiatives including flyers, mailings and other media outlets-- Coordinating all marketing efforts with appropriate department managers and staff-- Assisting with the execution of the company?¦s marketing efforts to all internal and external stakeholders Also required is:-- Bachelors degree in a related discipline (Marketing, English, Communications, etc.)-- One to three years of marketing experience-- Prefer minimum of two years experience in healthcare marketing, preferably with a hospital or healthcare system-- High level of proficiency in computer software applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) -- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously -- Detail oriented and organizedQualified candidates should send a resume and cover letter which must indicate salary requirements to HR@alliedmetrolitho.com. Our client - Dublin South/West based company, a leader in its industry is looking for a Credit Controller for a contract with view to permanency.
The Role
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the timely and accurate collection of aged and current debtors via phone e-mail and in writing to ensure that debts are paid within agreed credit terms
Process and post Invoices and Credit Notes to customer accounts Resolve all customer queries on a timely basis and in a professional and friendly manner
Liaising with other departments relating to customer account issues
Work to and achieve agreed cash collection targets and objectives
Process monthly Direct Debits
Make bank lodgements
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 2-3 years experience in credit control
assertive, hands-on person with an ability to work on their own initiative
Possess good IT skills with a sound working knowledge of computerised accounting packages, excel and word
Strong organisational skills and an excellent telephone technique
Excellent team player
