Our office is located in the wholesale culinary capital of the United States in Eastern Bronx, minutes from Manhattan near the #6 train.
Profile: Customer Service Account Administrator, AKA Customer Service Guru
Your responsibilities will be diverse which will allow you to gain a complete understanding of your target audience via customer service, sales support, and promotional activities. You will foster and grow existing business relationships to maximize their potential creating a symbiotic relationship. You will primarily work from our sales office and will also visit customers from time to time. Additionally you will assist our vendor relations activities to help us develop and market exciting and innovative new foods that help us create niche?¦s instead of following the pack.

~ Self-initiative coupled with self-organization and time management skills.
~ Careful attention to detail and patience with data entry and filing (neat freaks welcome!)

~ Multi tasking skills to handle a variety of ongoing projects, Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, think-tank, teamwork environment
~ Open mindedness to learn, be coached and grow within a growing company
~ Bilingual with solid Spanish speaking skills & or Graphc Art experience is a plus
~ A Passion for healthy, great tasting food
Requirements:
~ Bachelor?¦s or Associates Degree preferred
~ Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook are a plus
~ 35+wpm keyboard skills
~ Strong Proficiency in written and verbal communication, bilingual a plus
~ Positive attitude and happy disposition, grouches need not apply!
