br>To be responsible for the day to day administration of public and internal examinations. Ensure exam security and confidentiality is maintained at all times. Liaising with exam boards and Heads of Department regarding exam syllabus numbers, series codes and base data to ensure accurate entries are made for all examinations using examination administration software. To monitor and record the receipt of examination papers, stationery and publications from examining bodies. Checking with students that legal names and dates of birth are correct. Liaising with the SENCO to ensure that student with special examination needs are appropriately administered. Issuing students with exam entry confirmation slips and timetables making any necessary corrections. Issuing rules of conduct to all students and staff. Compiling examination timetables in.Create the invigilation timetable and provide information about the examination timetable. To resolve any examination timetable clashes and make appropriate provision for students. To book, prepare and organise the exam hall and supervise examinations in accordance with the exam regulations laid down by all the examination boards. Liaising with Vice Principal on invigilation and any other issues related to the smooth running of public examinations and internal examination system . Recruitment, training and administration of external invigilators. To provide seat and candidate numbers to all candidates. Produce and complete accurate entry listings, attendance registers etc.Organise dispatch of papers to external markers and exam boards where necessary.Checking statistical data related to all entries and the analysis of results. Liaising with the Vice Principal in regard to cashing in of students` exam marks and administering exam retakes. Receipting, checking, collating and issuing examination certificates. Liaising with Vice Principal on the provision of statistics for the DCFS, Principal and other relevant bodies. (Governors Reports, LEA Press Officer etc). Keeping up to date with examination requirements and to attend meetings and training provided by examination boards, NAA and LEA on behalf of the college and disseminate the information obtained. Checking exam board invoices against entries. To retrieve costs of examination entry from absentees where appropriate.Co-ordinating post results services including remarks of exam papers for students. Downloading results on day prior to publication. Producing standard statistical analysis reports. Providing LEA with provisional results. Collecting exam documentation from post office and issuing results to individual students.
