Summary:The primary focus of this position is to support the activities of the Finance Shared Services Strategic Assessment and Implementation team.Responsibilities:• Flow charting of processes/time lines• Support day-to-day operations of the Finance Shared Services team• Support preparation of Project Management activities - assist in the tracking and monitoring of project tasks and activities against allocated resource & timelines• Support all data gathering and co-ordination effort• Support formatting and restructuring of data• Support preparation of presentation materials and Project output• Liaison between project team and additional resources within company to schedule meetings, discussion groups, workshops and feedback sessionsSkills, requirements:• Organizational skills and structured / disciplined way of working• An inquiring mind and strong communication skills, written and verbal• Experience at team working in dynamic, success oriented environments, either as team-member or leader• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills• VISIO knowledge or exposure preferred• Degree or pending Degree in Finance, Information Systems or Business Administration• Insurance background a plus, but not necessary Location: White Plains Compensation: $20/HR, 40 Hour work week This is an internship jobPrincipals only.
