A Company located in Phoenix, AZ is currently seeking a Qualified Candidate to fill the key roll of Machine Shop General Manager.
We are located in Central Phoenix and the salary is very competitive based on experience and displayed skills. We have a secure workload and room for growth within this role.
The ideal candidate will possess experience and knowledge in the following areas:
*Schedule jobs through machine shop using MRP system
*Schedule various departments such as CAM
*Order tooling and authorize fixtures
*Order raw material
*Coordinate scheduling with outside Vendors
*Identify and maintain good Vendor relationships
*Must know CNC manufacturing environment
*Must have knowledge of CNC programming and machining
*Knowledge of heat treating a PLUS
*Assist in identifying RFQ process for appropriate machine tools and equipment to facilitate achievement of company’s goals
*P&L Responsibility
*Knowledge of heavy pumps, turbines, or rotating equipment
*Airfoil Knowledge
