Seeking current/former Financial Professionals, downtown N.Y. area looking for Part Time work that is anything but ordinary.Seasoned and mature Professional, knowledgeable in workings of financial markets and Wall Street lore. Must be market savvy and up-to-date in all facets of the financial sector, including the Bond Market and the Rating process. Familiar w/NYC, financial locations, Wall Street, NASDAQ, Federal Reserve, and various corporate headquarters in lower Manhattan and mid town. Delegate Account Executive

Salary: The starting salary for this position is £18,000 pa plus a generous bonus structure giving a realistic OTE in year one of over £27,000. You will receive 20 days holidays per annum (pro rata), 10 of which must be taken during July/August. Working hours will be 8:15 - 4:45 with a one hour lunch break (Mon - Thurs) and 8:45 - 4:00 with 45 minute lunch on Fridays.

The Company:
Our client, a leading company in its sector with offices worldwide is currently recruiting for a Delegate Account Executive to join their offices in central London.
The Role:
This role involves contacting decision-makers and existing customers by telephone ensuring that they are aware of upcoming events and at the same time sell the services to them and secure their interest. This is not a typical "cold calling" role as you will work within an existing database. However, recognising potential promotional and sales opportunities is a crucial part of the job. You will also contact incoming enquiries from prospective customers and sell the benefits of the service to them. You are expected to be on the phone for at least 3 hours a day. Furthermore you have to work between 3 to 4 events per month for which a full briefing will be given beforehand.
Other responsibilities are:
- the completion of a call guide for each event
- exceeding revenue targets
- completing all non-sales activities outside the prime selling time
- attending regular sales meeting and briefings
- amending and updating the database
- answering all work related E-mails
Candidate Profile:
You are expected to work on your own initiative always upholding a bright, enthusiastic and motivated attitude as you will be on the phone most of the day. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner along with very good communication and interpersonal skills.
Standard PC knowledge is fundamental and so is a target driven but friendly personality.
