The Company:
Our client, a specialist in the immigration and legal sectors, is currently recruiting for 1-2 candidates to work as Junior Legal Administrators on a temporary part-time basis, for 2-3 hours per day.
The Role:
The Junior Legal Administrator will be responsible for the following:
-Admin, posting documents
-Checking documents
-Preparing documents for lodging at Consulate adhering to criteria for order and format
-Completion of basic cover sheets
-Lodging of documents at Consulate and paying the visa fees
-Collecting passports with approved visas from the Consulate and returning to clients by registered post or courier
Candidate Profile:
-Understanding of the visa application process or capable of learning quickly
-Responsible and reliable
-Good English language skills
-Polite and courteous with high level of customer service
-Attention to detail
-Smart dress sense
-Degree or Diploma is not essential but is an advantage
Additional Information:
Fluency in a second European or Asian language would be advantageous, although not essential.

Our client, a leading international company, is currently recruiting a Proof-Reader with fluent Finnish language to work in their offices in East Sussex as proofreaders.
The Role:
The role of Proof-Reader - Finnish Speaking will involve proof reading computer text to verify that the grammar and spelling in your spoken languages is correct and modify and errors accordingly. The media used will be games and/or mobile phone testing software, for the company`s international clients. This will be project based work, so a flexible approach and full availability for work is needed.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be fluent in Finnish in addition to English. You must be strong in the written area of your language and able to demonstrate this while working to deadlines, ensuring quality and accuracy in all areas of your work. Any previous proof reading experience is highly advantageous, and a high standard of education is preferred.
Additional Information:
Please note that this is ad-hoc, project based work, but involves working from the office in East Sussex.
