The candidate will report directly to the PRIORI Brand Manager for BriteSmile BriteSkin Med Spas and indirectly to the Spa Manager while working closely with the PRIORI account executive. Specifically this position has the responsibility for:• Achieving sales targets and maximizing brand potential within the spa• Execute traditional and “Gorilla” marketing strategies• Partnering with PRIORI to drive brand promotions• Manage inventory and stock turnover on a weekly basis; report levels to Spa and Brand manager• Organize displays and implement merchandising strategies• Develop product knowledge & treatment knowledge• Plan, execute and host successful events on a monthly basis• Maintaining strong communications with aestheticians, nurses, front office staff and PRIORI account executives• Staying current with retail trends and competition• Identifying top performing products and making timely merchandising adjustments to optimize salesRequirements• A minimum of 3 years retail sales experience a must• Cosmeceutical/aesthetic sales experience preferred• Establish and maintain high standards of excellent customer service• Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills• Self-starter with a demonstrated sales record of success• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Exceptional desire to work in a fast-paced, growing, dynamic organization• Capacity to comprehend and disseminate scientific/clinical information• Book appointments and ensure follow up appointments• Consult with new clients using Vizia machinePlease email resume with cover letter for consideration.
