***IMMEDIATE LONG-TERM EMPLOYMENT POSITION WITH SIGNIFICANT LAW FIRM IN MIDTOWN***
***1.5 OVERTIME PAY FOR ALL HOURS WORKED OVER 40***
Seeking an energetic and dedicated Desktop / Hardware Support Tech that possesses very good Blackberry Support skills and solid experience in PC hardware configuration and knowledge base.
Technical skills needed for job include the following:
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; must be a multi-tasker, able to work on different projects and complete within a timely manner
- Strong experience supporting executive level management personnel within a desktop support role and within a large network environment
- Extensive experience providing support for Blackberry`s is a must
- Strong experience with ghost imaging; solid background in providing remote access support; broad range of experience with hardware support (i.e. laptops, printers, etc.)
- Experience working with IBM ThinkPad Notebooks and Dell Desktops (GS Series) is desired; must have extensive PC configuration and data transfer experience
- Solid desktop/hardware background with Windows 2000/XP operating systems, Active Directory (i.e. user setup and basic admin), and extensive knowledge with MS Office Suite packages
Compensation: Base salary range is 40K to 46K; must be able to work overtime (time and a half) and off hours when needed; benefits will kick in after first 90 days
