I`m currently looking for a Multiskilled Engineer for a prestigious client of mine in Ruislip. The client is looking for an experienced Building services guy qualified Electrically but with a strong focus on customer services. This is a days role Monday to Friday 8 - 5.



The candidate will need to be able to take ownership of the building and get involved with the leading the subcontractors as well as obtaining quotes for the client and relaying the information back to senior management.



The duties will also be to take care of the building on a day to day basis carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance of HVAC and the buildings plant systems.

A major UK based facilities maintenance provider is currently recruiting for a mobile air conditioning engineer. As a mobile air conditioning engineer you will be covering the London area, servicing the air-conditioning plant of over 40 commercial buildings. Paying a basic salary of up to £33,000 with a fully expensed company vehicle, mobile phone/PDA and 20 days holiday. With a basic salary of over £30,000 our client requires an experienced air-conditioning engineer that will be able to service a variety of ventilation plant.

As a mobile air conditioning engineer your duties will comprise of fault finding on a variety of air-conditioning systems. The core responsibilities will be covering PPM and reactive maintenance to air-conditioning plant such as pumps, motors, valves, air handling units/fan coil units, VAVs, VRVs, close controls and computer room AC. Being a mobile airconditioning engineer, applicants must be fully conversant with the above plant and also have experience of using the BMS system to respond to alarms and also room temperature complaints from the client.

Applicants must come from an air conditioning background with qualifications such as City & Guilds in Air Conditioning and also Safe Handling of Refrigerants. International qualifications are welcome subject to being verified by UK NARIC. All applicants must hold a valid UK drivers license and have no current driving bans or any offences pending.

We are looking to recruit three experienced boiler and combustion engineers to cover the requirements for servicing the systems to Corgi and Fgas regulations. This will involve the PPM maintenance to a wide range of boilers and has excellent scope for the future development of reactive works.

This role involves the preventative maintenance and service to boilers and burners on a mobile basis. This is the way of the future where large maintenance service providers will no longer outsource the Boiler and burner maintenance but have their own teams. This view has also extended to the service of chillers and this company are also setting up a team to deal with this section.

Ideally you will be an experienced ACS Commercial gas engineer, and have past knowledge of most makes of commercial boilers, burners and heating systems and associated plant and systems, burner controls and gas analysing. Preferably with electrical experience to enable you to carryout fault finding works. You should also be able to build strong relationships with clients and your eye for detail will help you complete paperwork accurately and on time.
