This is a Continental shift pattern working nights and Days between Monday and Sunday. Y ou will either work 7am to 7pm or 7am to 7pm. You will be working for an excellent Maintenance contractor on a static site, the City of London. The site is very fast paced and will often require you on occasions to work on your own as well as part of a team. The position is based in a very a technical site and all Engineers are expected to have excellent communication skills and display high levels of presentability at all times

1To assist with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of contracts.

2To assist in the production of supporting financial information.

3To maintain and update both manual and computer records relating to areas of which are responsible.

4To prepare and issue predefined reports, which form part of the contract and customer requirement.

5To administer quality management system documentation and ensure compliance.

6Liase closely with the site team and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, time sheets and holiday records.

Preparation of reports and documentation
