Major Bronx & Upper Manhattan Landlord (3,300 units) has an Accounts Receivable Clerk position open:
• Apply rent checks
• Respond to tenant inquiries
• Process security deposits
• Perform rent billing and adjustments
• General office duties (fax, fed ex, mailings, etc.)
• Yardi experience is preferred
• Microsoft Office 2003: MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
• Spanish speaking is a plus
