Role:
* Responsible for supporting a team of experienced marketers, designers and developers.
* Our consulting projects are focused around driving measurable lift for the world`s top online companies.
* You must have a passion for the web, online marketing and creating good user experiences.
Experience:
* 1+ years experience in online marketing, user experience, and/or user interface design.
* 1+ years creating wireframes or managing design comp creation.
Other required skills:
* Very strong presentation building skills (PowerPoint or Keynote).
* Very strong with Excel.
* Embraces data and quantitative results. Not afraid of basic statistics.
* Strong web analytics skills, including experience with the Omniture Suite of products (SiteCatalyst, etc.).
* Experience with XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
* Very Smart.
* Detail oriented.
* Takes direction well.
Nice to haves:
* Experience with A/B or MVT testing.
* Experience with observational customer research (listening labs, usability, eye tracking, etc.).
* Experience with Photoshop, PHP and/or ROR.
